Bookshelf Tour! (Part 3)

Here's the final part of my bookshelf tour! This is the 3rd full shelf on my bookshelf.

From left to right:
  1. Someone Like You by Sarah Dessen. I read this one pretty recently, and I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I was going to!
  2. The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen. I haven't read this yet, but I've heard really great things about it and will hopefully read it soon!
  3. Something Like Fate by Susane Colasanti. I read this a while ago, and it was okay. Definitely not a favorite, but it was enjoyable.
  4. Across the Universe by Beth Revis. I haven't read this yet, and I'm not sure when I'm going to. I don't really know if I'll like it, but I bought it because it was like $2.00.
  5. Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld. I also haven't read this yet, and I really don't know if I'll like it. I also bought this one because it was like $2.00.
  6. Witch & Wizard by James Patterson. Wow, I read this one forever ago. I loved it. I remember reading it before I was really into books and I couldn't put it down!
  7. The Gift by James Patterson. I started this one a long time ago, but I never finished it. I don't know why, though. I don't remember not liking it or anything. I might pick this one up sometime soon and restart it.
  8. Marked by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. I read this one recently, and I thought it was pretty good.
  9. Betrayed by P.C. Cast and Kristin Cast. Haven't read this yet, but I probably will pretty soon.
  10. Beautiful Creatures by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. I just reviewed this one. You can check it out here.
  11. Beautiful Darkness by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. I haven't read it yet, but I hope it's better than the first book!
  12. Beautiful Chaos by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. Obviously, I haven't read this one yet either.
  13. Graceling by Kristin Cashore. I haven't read it yet, but there are a lot of good reviews for it!
  14. The Iron King by Julie Kagawa. I just finished this one at around 2:30 this morning. I had a really hard time getting through this one, but I loved it when it started picking up!
  15. The Maze Runner by James Dashner. I read it a little while ago, and I also had a tough time with this one. Again, it was boring to me a first, but I loved it when it started picking up.
  16. Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins. I haven't read it yet, and I don't really know when I'm going to. I've heard great things about it, though!
  17. The Supernaturalist by Eoin Colfer. I've had this book for such a long time, yet I've never read it. The synopsis sounds really great, but I don't know when I'll get around to reading it.
  18. The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky. I read this entire book on Christmas day. I couldn't put it down, and I loved it.
  19. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. Don't get mad at me, but no, I have not read any of the Harry Potter books. I plan on it though!
  20. Twisted Summer by Willow Davis Roberts. I read this a long, long time ago. It's a murder mystery and it's incredible.
  21. Scribbler of Dreams by Mary E. Pearson. I read this the summer before freshman year, and you can see my review of it here.
  22. Picture Perfect by Catherine Clark. I remember reading this in one day because I was so hooked. It's such a fun, short summer read.
  23. Kira-Kira by Cynthia Kadohata. I read this in 8th grade for a book report. I knew about the book report for like two weeks, but I'm such a procrastinator that I waited until the night before to read the entire book and then write my report. Anyways, this book was great. It's sad, but it's great.
  24. The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien. I had to read this for summer reading before junior year. I made myself read it in one day, because it's not very long. Some parts I really liked, but others not so much.
  25. The Crucible by Arthur Miller. I really enjoyed this play. I loved that it was about the Salem witch trials, so it was totally interesting to me.
  26. The Awakening by Kate Chopin. Also had to read this for summer reading before junior year. Words cannot express my hate for this book.
  27. Much Ado About Nothing by Shakespeare. Yes, I have the No Fear Shakespeare version because I can't understand it if it's not translated into modern language. I really liked it though!
  28. Brave New World by Aldous Huxley. This book is so boring during the first few chapters. I felt like ripping my eyes out when I was reading it, but once you actually get to the story, it's pretty good.
  29. Flight by Cherie Bennett and Jeff Gottesfeld. This is the 3rd book in the Smallville series, and I have not read any of them. I only have this book because in middle school, we had a during school basketball game and as we were leaving they told us to pick a book and I just grabbed this one.
  30. Goosebumps Monster Edition #1 by R.L. Stine. I've had this for a long time and I remember trying to read one of the stories in this and I had to stop because I got too scared.
  31. Wreck This Journal by Keri Smith. So, technically, this isn't really a book, but I keep it on my bookshelf anyways.
Now starting from the top of the stacked books:
  1. The Bones in the Cliff by James Stevenson. I definitely think this is more of a children's book, but I liked it.
  2. The Flintstone's: The Computer that Went Bananas by Horace J. Elias. This was my mom's book when she was a kid, and now it's mine. I actually read this every now and then because it is entertaining, believe it or not.
  3. High School Musical: The Junior Novel by N.B. Grace. Yes, I do have a HSM book. I'm pretty sure I got it at a book fair in middle school because I was obsessed with the movie.
  4. The Secret Identity of Devon Delaney by Lauren Barnholdt. I've had this for long time. I was reading it in 7th grade, but I don't think I ever finished it.
Now we've come to the conclusion of my bookshelf tour! If you've read any of the books mentioned, let me know what you thought of them!

  1. I loved Graceling. It was one of my favorite books I read last year. Katsa is such a strong willed and kick ass female protagonist. The Graceling concept is really interesting too. I can't wait to read your review on it.
